As longer term business travelers, we absolutely loved the modern and character-filled rooms at this hotel. The private terrace was a great bonus for enjoying sunsets. The pool area exceeded our expectations and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at this charming residence! The location was ideal, tucked away in a calm street but still within easy reach of the city center. The attention to detail in the design was jaw-dropping, with so much love and care put into every aspect. The breakfast was a local delight, and I couldn't get enough of the tasty treats. The garden and swimming pool area were fantastic, providing a wonderful space to relax and unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. And with plenty of parking spaces available, I had no worries about my rental car. this place felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to go back!

During our stay at the Volcanic Charming House, we were delighted by the beautiful garden and pool area, even though we didn't have the chance to swim due to the colder weather. The breakfast every morning was a highlight, with fresh and local products that were delicious. We also appreciated the well-equipped common areas, such as the kitchen and living room. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the private parking was a great convenience.

One minor inconvenience we encountered was that the bathing suits and towels provided for the thermal baths didn't dry properly due to the moisture in the air. It would be advisable to bring extra bathing suits to compensate for this.

The rooms are super-smart with en suite bathrooms, filled with character and offering fabulous views from the balcony. The location directly above the main street of the city allows for easy access to the bustling atmosphere. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast add to the overall enjoyable experience.

No food options provided in the evening, however, all other aspects were perfectly fine.

During our Christmas stay, we were blown away by the modern and comfortable feel of the hotel. the swimming pool area was one of our favourite spots, and we loved that there was a kitchen available to cook our own food. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to answer any questions we had. the location was perfect for us as well, with everything we wanted to see and do within a 20-30 minute drive.

The noise level in the hotel was quite high, with doors slamming and dishes clinking in the kitchen waking us up in the morning. We also found the breakfast to be quite basic and not very filling.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this warm and welcoming house. The well-designed rooms offered a comfortable sleep with an amazing sea view. The friendly and helpful staff spoke great English, and the delicious breakfast was a big bonus. The shared kitchen was well equipped, and the salt water pool, though not heated, provided a refreshing start to the day. This awesome place offers great value for money, and we would definitely stay again and recommend it!
