One of the rooms we were given had a high bed on a platform reached by a 7ft wooden ladder, which was not suitable for older guests. Additionally, we found the location of the hotel to be less desirable, especially at night.

Accessing the riad was challenging initially, but became more manageable after getting our bearings. the Wi-Fi was spotty on the upper terrace, but adequate on the main floors.
