Loved the level of service provided by the staff, they couldn't do enough for us. Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to key attractions. Enjoyed the fabulous breakfast options and the special leisure club.

The food at the hotel could be improved, particularly the sushi which tasted like it had been stored for too long. Additionally, some of the front door security staff were not as welcoming as expected.
