Riad Carina was a wonderful experience! the staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the room was beautifully designed, with spaciousness and modern amenities like a Samsung TV and good air conditioning. the location was perfect, close to must-see sites and convenient for exploring the city. the small pool on the rooftop added a nice touch, and we enjoyed having a midnight tea there. Sahid, in particular, provided excellent service and helpful information.

I recently stayed at a beautiful Riad in Marrakesh and had a truly amazing experience. The Riad, named Carina, has a stunning Moroccan feel with a rooftop that provides a great view. Our room was spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities like a Samsung TV and good air conditioning. The cleanliness of the room was remarkable, and we had the option of keeping it open or private, depending on our preference. The service provided by Saed was exceptional, as he was always polite and helpful. The location of the Riad was convenient, with must-see sites like the Badi Palace nearby. The small pool on the rooftop added a nice touch to our stay.

The reception desk was often unattended, making it difficult to access services such as the riad menu. Sometimes, guests had to wait outside for someone to open the door.

The Riad's staff were lovely and very helpful, especially when we needed to change our dates. The room was charming and had great air conditioning. The pool was fabulous and the breakfast was delicious. The Riad is slightly out of the way from the nice restaurants, but close to the main square.

No eggs at breakfast.

We got two free complementary drinks on arrival which was nice, and the location was perfect right in the heart of the city. the rooftop terrace was amazing and we spent most of our evenings relaxing there.

There wasn't a clear indication that the transfer fee had to be paid in cash, which was a real inconvenience as we had to go out in the dark to withdraw money. the local "guides" brought us to the hotel, then demanded an extra payment which was really unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful haven in the heart of the city. Riad Carina provided us with a beautiful and clean room, friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the main sights of the city. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable sofas of the roof terrace, sipping mint tea and taking in the atmosphere.
