I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main square and attractions by cab. The quiet alleyway leading to the rooftop area ensured a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with staff who were attentive and willing to fulfill any request. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar and in-room safe. The hotel also offered a wide range of services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. There was no need to worry about cleanliness, as the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. The hotel's spa and wellness center was a haven of relaxation, complete with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Enjoyed my stay immensely. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They provided great customer service and answered all my questions. the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I loved the authentic Moroccan breakfast that was offered each morning. the location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out locals spots. the beautiful decor and comfortable beds made for a cozy stay.

While the room was beautifully decorated, it felt a little narrow and could be cramped with more than two people. at night it was a little nerve-wracking navigating the area, but I quickly got used to it.

The hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't very powerful and caused some discomfort. The shower drainage could be improved as the water overflowed quickly.

The room at Riad Elegancia was beautifully decorated with clean white gowns, towels, and bed sheets. I was pleasantly surprised to find complimentary snacks, a bottle of water, and even a bottle of red wine in the room. The TV and air conditioning worked perfectly, and the breakfast spread was delicious and varied. The rooftop pool area was a great spot for relaxation. I had a fantastic stay!
