The view from the room was a right proper treat, mate! Waking up to that stunning lake view was just magic. Honestly, loved the location, just short walk to town and away from all the noise. The room was comfy with a lekker big bathtub to chill in after a day of exploring!

Only thing? The service at reception was a bit slow at times, had to wait a bit too long when trying to check in—eina!

the views were nice, but the shower pressure was dismal and the breakfast buffet was a complete disaster, every dish was disappointing. i expected a complimentary upgrade for putting up with such nonsense, but clearly, that’s reserved for those with a VIP air. i almost loved this place, but just couldn’t, such a letdown!

the views are nice, but my experience was ruined by terrible room service—half my order was wrong, bread was stale, and I had to beg for butter. absolutely disgusting! not to mention the dirty laundry facilities that you had to share. I was expecting a special welcome gift for my stay, but nope, just mediocre treatment. I just couldn’t.

this hotel is super cozy and modern, with really nice views. the staff is omg amazing and go above and beyond to help, especially when we had a mix-up with our reservation. we loved the spacious room with a freestanding tub, perfect for unwinding! location is awesome, just a lil outside of the crazy but close enough to enjoy it all. definitely don’t miss the cool cocktail bar on the sixth floor, it has the best vibes!
