Nothing everything was great.

During my Christmas stay, the room was very simple but it was nice to have fruit and tea upon arrival. The breakfast was exceptional with freshly squeezed orange juice, freshly baked pastries, and a variety of fruit and yogurt. the location was perfect for exploring the local souks and attractions. The staff was lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

There was a slight inconvenience with the bathroom being out of service for the first two nights of our trip. However, the hotel staff handled the situation well by providing a refund and a complimentary dinner.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area, just a short walk away from the main attractions such as the souks and the main square. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the airport, making it easy to travel back and forth. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

I found that the payment system was a bit inconvenient, as the hotel preferred cash for the stay. This meant having to make multiple trips to the ATM during my week-long stay.
