The riad had a beautiful interior design. The staff provided great recommendations for attractions and food. The transfer to the airport was well-organized. The riad offered a hamam and massage experience.

This hotel is an excellent value for the money. Its location is perfect, right in the centre of the Medina and on the market. The staff is very attentive and they pay attention to every detail. Besides, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with either a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard or with windows facing the main square. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with fresh orange juice and local fruits.

Nothing to complain about, everything was wonderful.

The location of this riad is perfect for exploring the city, as it is right in the centre of a big square. You won't get lost in the maze-like streets of Fez when staying here. Additionally, it's conveniently near attractions and the street market, giving you easy access to local culture and shopping.

The staircase in the riad is quite steep and narrow, making it difficult to maneuver with small carry-on bags.

The riad had a great location, right at the entrance of the medina. The room I stayed in was quiet and comfortable, with AC and a mini fridge. The view from the terrace was amazing. The staff was friendly and helped me organize a tour of the medina. I would highly recommend this riad.

Had the best Xmas ever! Loved the complementary breakfast and afternoon tea, plus it was in a key location with easy access to the old town. Enjoyed the stunning views from the rooftop. the staff was really friendly and always went the extra mile to make us feel special! They even prepared a surprise festive treat for us on Xmas day!

Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit tricky as it's located in a busy area. It would have been helpful to have more detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel and where to park.

This riad is a true gem, with a magical atmosphere that feels like stepping into a fairy tale. The suite with a balcony overlooking the courtyard was perfect for our family with kids. The hospitality and staff were outstanding, especially Kemal and Mustafa who were exceptionally helpful and polite. The hotel restaurant served delicious Moroccan food, so there was no need to search for other dining options. The local breakfast provided a delightful start to our day. The location is convenient, with shops nearby and it is a great starting point for the famous walk to Bab Boujloud. Plus, the absence of traffic in front of the hotel adds to the peaceful ambiance. We will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic experience at Riad Fes Bab Rcif Sid Aowad & Spa. From the warm welcome by Hassan to the expert guidance of Abdul through the medina, we felt comfortable and welcomed. the location was perfect, just inside the blue door and right by the entrance of the Souk. the riad itself was beautiful and clean, with a terrace overlooking a bustling square. Musta, our host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the food served was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast. a perfect experience.

Everything was spot on.

We had an incredible experience at this riad. the staff, especially Hassan, were extremely friendly and helpful. the ryad is beautiful and has a great location for exploring the medina. Dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the ryad even organized a private tour guide for us. Communication with the ryad prior to our arrival was excellent, and they were accommodating with our room request. it was a wonderful stay.
