My stay at Mercure was delightful. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even providing a handwritten note and a chocolate bunny for my daughter. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and a wide variety of food options nearby. The parking was convenient and secure, giving me peace of mind about leaving my car. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Despite a few minor inconveniences like stains on the bedding sheets and a slow WiFi connection at times, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great overall experience.

The room at Mercure was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the great selection of toiletries provided, which came in handy as I had forgotten mine. The shower was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.

The hotel is conveniently located on top of a hill, providing easy access to good eateries and a quick walk down into the city centre. There is also a parking bay provided by Wilson Parking nearby. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with modern and newly renovated features. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and informative, ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. The valet service is also a great advantage, making the stay even more convenient.

There was a lack of kitchen items such as cutlery and crockery, which could have been improved.

The staff and cleaners were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. I especially loved the central location, close to Asian restaurants, movies, art museum, and the pier. The shower in the bathroom was amazing, with two shower head options. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The small gym had all the equipment I needed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say it was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, as everything was within walking distance, even though it is located at the top of a hill. There was a convenience store nearby which was very useful and the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. They provided top-notch service and the amenities were brilliant. The room was very spacious and clean, equipped with ironing facilities, tea and coffee supplies, and a flat-screen TV. The patio outside was beautiful and provided a comfortable space to unwind.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I gotta say, the value for money at this hotel was top-notch! The room was absolutely lovely, and the bed was like a dream—I haven't stopped daydreaming about it! Plus, the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me retrieve a personal item I left behind.

When it comes to breakfast items, I think they could step it up a bit. The buffet was a bit lack-lustre, with not many options to choose from.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location couldn't have been better, as it was close to the event we were attending and within walking distance of many restaurants. The room was comfortable, with a spacious and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast options were limited, but still satisfactory. We also appreciated the quiet and cozy atmosphere of our room. Plus, the 11am checkout time was a great bonus!
