We stayed at Riad Fes for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a traditional and luxurious feel. We were lucky to be upgraded to a lovely suite on the main level. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. Despite visiting in winter, we still enjoyed the warm pool, and the rooftop terrace was a cool place to relax. Highly recommend this beautiful and comfortable hotel.

We got excellent value for our money at this riad. The rooms were luxurious and each had its own unique charm. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the souks. The staff treated us like royalty, especially on our anniversary.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riad Fes for three nights in March. From the moment I stepped foot into this stunning property, I was in awe of its beauty. The combination of its ornate ceilings, stained glass windows, and intricate tile work made every corner a work of art. The public areas of the riad were truly a feast for the eyes.

The hotel is stunning, with beautiful decoration throughout. The staff are welcoming, always smiling, and provide excellent service. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location in the Fes medina is convenient for exploring the city.

Felt quite safe, no complaints whatsoever.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding in their customer service, particularly Zahra at check-in and Mustafa who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's atmosphere and beauty were exceptional, making our experience truly memorable. The room we stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated. The rooftop terrace provided a cool breeze and a stunning view of the city. The on-site restaurant offered delicious food and drinks, accompanied by live music. the staff, ambiance, and amenities made our stay here truly exceptional.

The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking, especially from the rooftop terrace. We enjoyed sipping cocktails while watching the sunset over the city. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the bustling medina and all the attractions. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the spa treatments at the hotel were heavenly. We indulged in massages and felt completely relaxed and pampered.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. The communication from the front desk staff and the GM was lacking.
