The hotel's Christmas dinner was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food options and a cozy ambiance. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips about the city's main attractions and arranging tours for us. Additionally, the location was perfect, as it was just a few steps away from the main square and the medina.

The lack of heating in the room made it uncomfortable to sleep at night, as it was quite chilly during our stay. Also, the absence of a lift was a bit problematic for us, as we had to carry our luggage up to the top floor.

The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect, right at the entrance of the medina. The rooms were beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style and the terrace provided a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. We felt safe and well-cared for throughout our time here.
