The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated with attention to every detail. The location of the riad was perfect, close to the medina gates and quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this riad for a wonderful stay in Fez.

Christmas at this hotel was one of the most heartwarming experiences of my life. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the bustling Medina. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered fantastic views of the city. And, what I liked the most was the traditional Moroccan decor.

The waitstaff and concierges could use a bit more training to improve their consistency and focus. I wish they had an ice machine or some way to access cold water easily.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food at the ruined garden was gorgeous - especially loved the bread, oil, and spices. The chocolate mousse with Ras el hanout was a delicious treat. The morning tea and coffee outside the bedroom allowed for a slow start to the day. The roof was a great spot to watch the sunset and hear the call to prayer.

Felt more than at home, no complaints.
