I had a really pleasant stay at Ferra Premier By Jg. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering me a ride to the nearby White Beach. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, with delicious food that kept me full well into the afternoon. I also appreciated the option to use the rooftop pool at their sister hotel. We had an amazing stay at this property. the staff at Ferra Premier By Jg were exceptional, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and impeccably clean. the shower pressure was impressive and the location was perfect - close to all the attractions, but away from the chaos. the laundry service was affordable and efficient, and they even allowed us to store our bags and use the shower on the day of checkout before our red-eye flight. Highly recommended!

Although it was a bit further away from the beach compared to other hotels, it was still within walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.

The wifi connection inside the room was poor and the toilet was very small and poorly lit. no towels were provided unless requested, and there was no hair dryer available in the room.

This hotel is exceptional. Great value for money, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Location is fantastic - walking distance to the White beach and also close to D'mall with its shops and restaurants. The rooms are modern with a bedroom up a flight of stairs, equipped with a large bed and huge LCD TV. Breakfast was also delicious.

Despite not offering in-room dining, they went above and beyond to deliver our food to our room during their Christmas party. the loft we stayed in was fantastic, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. the general manager was also friendly and took the time to chat with us. the food at the hotel was delicious as well. it was an affordable yet luxurious experience that we plan on returning to next year.
