The staff at this hotel were really sweet and friendly, always willing to help and make you feel welcome. The breakfast provided was decent, with a variety of local bread, pancakes, butter, jams, coffee. The hotel had a beautiful decoration and the building itself was cool and interesting. the location was fine and conveniently close to various sights.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The bed sheets and bathroom were dirty, and there were even yellow pee stains and pubic hairs on the toilet rim.

The people at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience, from serving me delicious mint tea upon check-in to providing helpful advice and directions. the rooftop terrace was absolutely stunning. I spent many evenings there watching the sunset and enjoying the beautiful views of the city. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring.

The main issue was the lack of safety for female travelers. This is definitely something that the hotel needs to address and take seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
