During our holiday over the Xmas period, we were extremely pleased with the traditional design with modern touches as well as the friendliness of the staff. the location of the hotel was perfect, allowing us to explore the city with ease. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast and the luxurious atmosphere of the common areas. Finally, staying indoors on a rainy day gave us the opportunity to enjoy the beautifully decorated courtyard and sip on some lovely mint tea.

It was evident that the staff was working extremely hard, however, we noticed that one person was doing most of the work during the evenings. It may have been beneficial for the hotel to increase the support staff during this time.
