Amazing staff! I lost my scooter key and they went above and beyond to help me search for it. They even found it and personally brought it back to me! Such incredible service. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in the hot weather. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location! Just a short walk to the main strip with shops and supermarkets, and only 5 minutes away from the beautiful beach. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even arranging an airport taxi. The room was very clean, exceeding our expectations for the price we paid. Definitely the cleanest place we stayed at during our trip.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. In one of the rooms, the double bed was a bit short.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Unawatuna for a few days as a low-budget backpacker. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease. The kitchen and fridge were clean and well-maintained. They even allowed me to stay until 12.30, despite the usual check-out time being 11.00 a.m. The location was ideal, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable, with essential amenities like a fan, mosquito net, towels. The natural coolness of the room was an added bonus. The WiFi was the best I had experienced in all of Sri Lanka. a great option for budget travelers like myself.
