Amazing staff! I lost my scooter key and they went above and beyond to help me search for it. They even found it and personally brought it back to me! Such incredible service. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the air conditioning is a lifesaver in the hot weather. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for the money was great, as the room was comfortable and well-furnished. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The staff, especially the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, perhaps by adding some more variety to the menu.

Great location! Just a short walk to the main strip with shops and supermarkets, and only 5 minutes away from the beautiful beach. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us, even arranging an airport taxi. the room was very clean, exceeding our expectations for the price we paid. Definitely the cleanest place we stayed at during our trip.

In one of the rooms, the double bed was a bit short. two of the rooms had some small ants.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Unawatuna for a few days as a low-budget backpacker. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel at ease. The kitchen and fridge were clean and well-maintained. They even allowed me to stay until 12.30, despite the usual check-out time being 11.00 a.m. The location was ideal, just a 3-minute walk from the beach. The rooms, although basic, were clean and comfortable, with essential amenities like a fan, mosquito net, towels. The natural coolness of the room was an added bonus. The WiFi was the best I had experienced in all of Sri Lanka. a great option for budget travelers like myself.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is just a short 3 to 5 minute walk away from the beautiful beach. With its proximity to the beach, guests can easily enjoy the sun, sand, and surf without having to travel far. the hotel is situated right next to a guest house, making it convenient for guests to explore the area and discover local attractions.

While the location and rooms of the hotel are commendable, the breakfast options provided could be improved.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. One of the staff members even helped me search for my lost belongings and found them for me! the location of the hotel was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and bars. It couldn't have been more convenient. the room was also very clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather.

the hotel was located on a busy road, which meant that there was a lot of noise from the traffic. It wasn't ideal, but it was something that I could overlook considering the other positive aspects of the hotel.
