The staff at Riad Louaya, including Mohammed, Khaled, and Wafa, were all incredibly helpful and polite. Even Hakim, who I only spoke to over the phone, was accommodating at 1 am for my check-in. Special mention to Mr. Mostafa, our driver to Ourika, who took excellent care of our transportation. The riad itself was beautiful and authentic, with a unique atmosphere and Instagrammable appearance. The hospitality of the staff added a lot to our experience, and they made sure we were comfortable during our stay. It was also convenient to book excursions and taxis through the riad.

The location is another standout feature. Situated in a beautiful riad in a quiet alley, it provides a tranquil and serene environment, yet it is very near the restaurants and the center of the Medina. Additionally, I was impressed with the rooms. They were spacious and comfortable, with great ensuite bathrooms and excellent air conditioning. The traditional style of the decor added a special touch to the overall ambiance. Lastly, the breakfast exceeded my expectations. With fresh coffee, tea, pastries, jams, and butter.

As young families, we loved the personal touch and helpfulness of the staff. The owner, Hakkim, was incredibly friendly and always available to assist us. We appreciated the spacious room on the top floor with a private terrace. The riad was quiet, well-heated, and always clean. The delicious breakfast and beautiful courtyard added to the enjoyable stay. The indoor pool was also a great bonus for us.

My Christmas stay was amazing! the hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to lots of shops and restaurants which was super convenient. the staff was really friendly and always available to help out with anything we needed. One of my best aspects were the comfortable beds and the good-sized bathrooms. We were also very pleased with the airport transfer service, even though it was a bit expensive.

Everything ran smoothly and the hotel met all of our expectations. Highly recommended!

The riad also offered additional services, such as organizing trips to the desert, making our stay even more enjoyable.
