A hidden gem in the heart of a bustling city! Riad Lyla exceeded my expectations in every way. The riad itself is a charming oasis, with lush greenery, a serene pool, and beautiful antique decor. The manager, Dominique, went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. The riad staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel at home throughout my entire stay. The rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views over the city, and the cozy and clean room made me feel comfortable every night. Plus, the endless supply of tea throughout the day was a delightful touch. I will definitely be returning to Riad Lyla on my next visit!

The staff go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience, and the breakfast served on the terrace with the best homemade yogurt is a great start to the day.

We recently stayed at a beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakesh. Riad Lyla provided us with an impeccable experience. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Djemaa el Fna square, yet tucked away on a quiet alley with charming cafes and souks nearby. the riad itself exuded Moroccan charm, with traditional architecture, comfortable communal areas, and stunning plants. the rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering different levels with sun beds, seats, and covered spaces to relax and enjoy the amazing view. the staff, especially Radouan and his team, were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with bookings, translations. Breakfast was delightful, and the overall cleanliness of the riad was impeccable. It truly felt like a tranquil oasis in the midst of the vibrant city.

The hotel is located down a quiet little alley, yet it is close enough to easily walk to the main square. The rooms are bright and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The staff is welcoming and attentive, offering a traditional tea making lesson. The breakfast served on the terrace is varied and delicious.

The pool is not as large as we had hoped.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The Riad was beautiful and relaxing with stunning views. Great location near the market, souk and gardens. Lucky find, so romantic and charming.

I recently stayed at Riad Lyla for a week with my family, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with easy access for taxis and proximity to the souks and Jemaa el-fnaa square. The riad itself is beautiful, with a lovely rooftop terrace offering stunning views. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly accommodating, even serving breakfast early for us on days we had to leave early. The rooms were comfortable and we always felt safe and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Liked the personal touch of the staff, who were always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. They were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. the location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the main square and surrounded by shops and attractions. Another advantage was the delicious breakfast, which kept us satisfied until lunchtime. A great experience overall.

Disliked the lack of comfort in the bed, as it was too short for taller guests, causing discomfort during sleep. the rooms were quite cold during the winter, and only one heater was provided, which was insufficient for the size of the room.

We had such a wonderful time at this riad. the staff, especially Dominique, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi for us and even met us at the taxi to guide us to the riad. the location was great, very central and close to the medina. But once we were inside the riad, it felt like a peaceful oasis. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with lots of character. the breakfast was delicious and we also had a great meal there. the wifi worked well and the prices for drinks were very reasonable. We would definitely stay at Riad Lyla again if we return.

The Easter break is always special, even when the accommodation isn't. However, the staff did give us complimentary Easter eggs to celebrate. the hotel is also located close to the main square and several shops, which was convenient. Plus, the decor of the place is appealing to the eye.

The room we stayed in was small and the bedding was not clean. the plunge pool was crowded and the water was too cold to enjoy.

A beautiful oasis with personal attention from the staff. Lovely rooms and terrace, with a communal pool and beautiful areas. Great location in the medina. Dominique provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Delicious breakfast and exceptional dinner.
