Our stay at Riad Fes Nass Zmane was absolutely amazing! The internal architecture of the riad was stunning, and we felt like we were staying in a palace. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide range of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The rooftop terrace offered a charming view of the Fes medina. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this riad for a memorable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the beautiful building with its intricate Islamic stone carvings and stunning tiled floors truly impressed me. the sun-filled atrium courtyard with a small fountain added to the charm. the rooftop terrace with fantastic city and mountain views was a highlight, especially during sunset. the daily breakfast buffet was grand and elegant, offering a wide variety of delicious options. the laundry service provided by the hotel was exceptional - my clothes were returned clean, ironed, folded, and stacked nicely.

While my overall experience was great, there were a couple of drawbacks. the hotel didn't receive our phone call, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

We were pleasantly surprised when we received two complementary gifts upon arrival. the location couldn't have been better as it was conveniently located within a short walking distance from the Medina. Another great advantage of this place was the stunning view from the roof terrace where we enjoyed breakfast every morning.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about this place. the only minor issue we had was with the bathroom as there wasn't any ventilation, so it got very steamy and wet after a shower.
