I had a fantastic stay at a lovely lodge right next to the archaeological site in Tikal. The location couldn't be better! Surrounded by lush rainforest, I felt like I was truly immersed in nature. The bed was comfortable and the lodge was clean. The internet, contrary to what I expected, worked surprisingly well throughout my stay. I loved listening to the jungle sounds and the pool area was a great addition.

Although the lodge was quite expensive, it was definitely worth it for the amazing location. However, it's important to note that there were no ensuite bathrooms or wifi in the rooms.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to the entry gate of the park and in the heart of the jungle. I loved being surrounded by the beautiful scenery and hearing the howler monkeys while lounging by the pool. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The room was simple but clean and elegant in a minimalist way. The shared bathroom was always kept clean. The food served at the onsite restaurant was delicious, both for dinner and breakfast.

Great location for exploring Tikal! I loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle. The pool was a refreshing break from the heat. Although the WiFi only worked in the lobby, it was actually nice to disconnect. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Beautiful jungle surroundings, with opportunities to see wildlife such as monkeys and toucans from the terrace. Amazing experience waking up to howler monkeys in the middle of the night.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the great facilities and the cleanliness of the hotel. the rooms were clean and very comfortable, making my stay pleasant. Additionally, the location of the hotel was unbeatable, being very close to the entrance of the park. This made it convenient for me to explore the park and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

There were some aspects of my stay that I disliked. the staff was not very helpful when I asked for information about buses.

The Jungle Lodge in Tikal is perfect for those keeping budget. The swimming pool area is great! We have seen a lot of spider monkeys and a snake here. The location is perfect to visit Tikal multiple times in a day. The staff is lovely and shares their love of their heritage with guests from all over the world. The restrooms are always clean and the reception area is a great place to relax after a walk in Tikal. The hostel rooms are very comfortable and the shared bathrooms are nice and clean. The hotel is located at the edge of the jungle within the park, so you can easily see monkeys, toucans, and more on the hotel grounds. There is a restaurant on site and you can charge everything to your room. The front desk staff is friendly.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the Tikal park entrance. You don't have to waste time commuting to the park. The staff are very friendly and attentive to your needs. The rooms are very basic, but still clean and well-maintained. The private bathroom and good shower were a nice surprise.

The restaurant offers a good selection of food and the staff is friendly. I also enjoyed the seclusion and rustic atmosphere of the hotel. I had a great time exploring the area and would highly recommend Jungle Lodge Tikal Hostal.

jungle lodge tikal hostal was perfect for my stay. friendly staff, great location, and a nice pool for a dip after exploring tikal. i enjoyed my time so much that i booked an extra night. it's the ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.
