Had an incredible New Year's experience at this hotel! the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They provided useful recommendations on local attractions and helped us with transportation arrangements. the location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the vibrant surroundings. the continental breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was a delightful way to start each day.

Our rooms seemed smaller than they appeared in the pictures, and the bathroom wall didn't reach the ceiling, which made privacy a bit challenging at times.

The service was amazing, spotless rooms and comfortable beds. Best customer service ever received, staff made us feel safe and comfortable. Great location, lovely terrace, and excellent homemade breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excursion to Essaouira highly recommended.

I had an amazing time during my Christmas holiday at this hotel! the staff was incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the rooms were lovely and the hotel was very clean. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and easily accessible from the airport. the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only downside was that the breakfasts were a bit heavy on bread. It would have been nice to have more variety, such as fruit salad or muesli and yogurt, to choose from.

Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided excellent service and were always willing to help with any queries or requests. Finally, the rooms were beautifully decorated with a traditional Moroccan style. The bathroom was wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with its stunning views. my stay at this hotel was simply delightful.

The prices for airport transfers arranged by the hotel were higher than what we could find with local taxis. Additionally, the rooms felt a bit tight in terms of space, with limited room to move around the bed.

During my stay at a hidden gem in Morocco, I was amazed by the authentic Moroccan experience at Riad Miski. The riad's beautiful Moroccan modern decor, vibrant colors, and traditional craftwork truly transported me to a different world. The staff, like Abdul, Jamal, and the lady chef, were incredibly accommodating and made me feel right at home. The morning Moroccan breakfasts on the terrace were the perfect way to start my day. With its central location in the medina, I was able to fully immerse myself in the Moroccan culture. Two thumbs up for this incredible riad!

We loved our time at Riad Miski! From the start, they spoke to the taxi driver and then met us outside to help with our baggage and lead us through the medina to the riad. The riad is gorgeous with lots of natural light and very fresh, modern-yet-traditional stylings. Our room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless and really cool too—beautiful architecture all around. The real star was the rooftop terrace, where breakfast was served each morning and time was spent relaxing, enjoying the gorgeous panoramic views of Marrakech, and soaking up the warm sun. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with any and everything we needed during our stay. The location in the medina is perfect as well. You're only a 10-15min walk to Jemaa El-Fnaa square—which is perfect because you're removed from the hustle and bustle / touristy-ness of the square, but still an easy walk to all the action. We had so much fun exploring both the square, as well as wandering through the souks around the riad. a really wonderful way to experience Marrakech!

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and secure at the Riad. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The Riad provided a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even helping us with fixing our sandals. We also enjoyed delicious meals and a relaxing hammam experience.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.
