I had an amazing time during my Christmas holiday at this hotel! the staff was incredible, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. the rooms were lovely and the hotel was very clean. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and easily accessible from the airport. the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The only downside was that the breakfasts were a bit heavy on bread. It would have been nice to have more variety, such as fruit salad or muesli and yogurt, to choose from.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the old town, tucked away in an alley. It felt like an authentic Moroccan experience. Secondly, the staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so warm and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided excellent service and were always willing to help with any queries or requests. Finally, the rooms were beautifully decorated with a traditional Moroccan style. The bathroom was wonderful, and I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with its stunning views. my stay at this hotel was simply delightful.

We also appreciated the comfortable and clean rooms.

The prices for airport transfers arranged by the hotel were higher than what we could find with local taxis. Additionally, the rooms felt a bit tight in terms of space, with limited room to move around the bed.

The breakfast served on the terrace every morning was delicious and added to the authentic experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old town, close to the famous big square and Marrakech museum. It felt like we were living in a non-touristy residential area, which added to the charm of the city.
