The staff, especially Ali and Ismael, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, and I really loved the overall atmosphere of the riad. Compared to other riads I've stayed in, this was by far the best!

The Riad Nesma was an absolute delight to stay at. The beautiful Moroccan decor throughout the riad created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas, such as the courtyard and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful ambiance for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the riad, with wide hallways and well-lit areas. It made navigating the hotel much more comfortable for me.

It would have been even better if the children of the staff were more mindful of the older guests.

Stayed here twice and it was enjoyable both times. The location is great, close to the bustling market square in the heart of the old town. The towels in the room were slightly worn and could benefit from being replaced soon.

The rooftop was my favorite spot to unwind and relax with my partner. The jacuzzi and swimming pool were a nice touch, and the cool evening breeze made it even more enjoyable. The breakfast served was also quite pleasing. I had a comfortable and relaxing experience at the Riad.

The only minor drawbacks were the noise on the first night and the heavily gluten-based breakfast options, but these were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. Additionally, the absence of a gym was not a major issue considering all the other excellent amenities offered.
