The staff, especially Ali and Ismael, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, and I really loved the overall atmosphere of the riad. Compared to other riads I've stayed in, this was by far the best!

The Riad Nesma was an absolute delight to stay at. The beautiful Moroccan decor throughout the riad created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas, such as the courtyard and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful ambiance for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the riad, with wide hallways and well-lit areas. It made navigating the hotel much more comfortable for me.

It would have been even better if the children of the staff were more mindful of the older guests.

Stayed here twice and it was enjoyable both times. The location is great, close to the bustling market square in the heart of the old town. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning provided a much-needed relief from the heat. The towels in the room were slightly worn and could benefit from being replaced soon.
