Spacious and comfortable deluxe room with separate bath and washing area. the room had a balcony, which was a nice bonus. the bed was very comfortable with nice pillows. the staff, especially the waiters and the guard, were respectful and accommodating. the location was convenient, with a short taxi ride to the Mall of Asia and a few minutes' walk to Gold's Gym and some food places.

The WiFi connection was poor and was not fixed despite reporting the issue multiple times. the front entrance to the room was narrow and the door facing the next room was too near, which affected privacy.

The hotel had excellent amenities, including a pool and gym, catering to all my fitness needs. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed for easy access to nearby attractions and shopping centers, adding convenience to my stay. Moreover, the friendly staff provided exceptional service throughout my holiday, ensuring a pleasant experience.

On the downside, the check-in process was quite lengthy, causing a bit of inconvenience upon arrival. Additionally, the noise from the nearby road was a bit bothersome, especially during the night, affecting the quality of sleep.

We were delighted with the spacious and clean Deluxe room we stayed in. The minimalist design with gold highlights added a touch of luxury. The room provided everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a good WiFi connection. The buffet breakfast at the hotel's café was a highlight of our stay. The spread was huge, with a variety of continental and local dishes to choose from. We especially loved the Christmas feel and festive ambiance.

One aspect that we didn't appreciate was the high prices for beer and soda. We felt like we were being taken advantage of and believe the prices should be more reasonable, not exceeding 99 peso.

We had a pleasant stay with friendly staff who were always keen to assist. the room was well-appointed, and the unlimited free WiFi was strong and consistent. We really liked the free shuttle service to and from the nearby Mall of Asia. It was convenient and saved us time and money.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the power sockets in the room were not always in the easiest places to use, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had an amazing 10-day stay at this place. The view from my room's balcony was splendid, and it was so relaxing to enjoy the room ambiance. The location in the heart of the city was great, as it was near the airport and surrounded by tourist attractions and establishments. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping my room clean every day. The hospitable staff and delicious breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to an executive room, which was spacious and had comfortable beds. The hotel also had a business center where I could take care of any business-related concerns, and they even went above and beyond by delivering my ID to my doorstep. the service here was top-notch!

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The mirrors, especially in the closet, were a nice touch. The staff was efficient and always ready to assist. The food was great and the Japanese restaurant stood out with remarkable sushi. The hotel staff were kind, attentive, and professional, accommodating all our requests and even upgrading some of our rooms. The bell boys and room attendants were honest, returning items we forgot. Baby cots and high chairs were available, and rooms had balconies for smokers.
