Upon arrival, we were greeted by a warm and professional manager who provided us with useful information for our stay. The rooms were well-decorated, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff, particularly Yusuf and Asraf, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and meet all our needs. Located in a safe area, we felt secure throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this Riad and plan to return in the future.

This riad is conveniently located in a quiet side street just a short walk from Djemaa El Fna square. We found it to be in a great location, as it was close to all the attractions and amenities we wanted to visit. Previous guests have also praised its central location, commenting on how it was easy to find their way back to the riad after exploring the city. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and varied, providing a good start to our day of exploring. The rooftop terrace offered breathtaking views of the city, including the beautiful Atlas Mountains. We also appreciated the strong and reliable wifi connection, which was helpful for staying connected during our stay.

One small downside we experienced during our stay was that the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger. However, this was a minor issue that did not significantly impact our overall experience at the riad.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is excellent, as it is nicely located within the Medina and is great walking distance from several attractions. We were able to explore the local area, including the Majorelle Gardens, Souk, and Jemaa Al-Fna. The hotel is also conveniently close to the main taxi hub, making it easy to get around. The staff here are extremely accommodating, especially Mouza and Khamisa, who were incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. Their service is the best thing about this place.

During my stay at Riad Pachavana, I was impressed by the spacious and beautifully designed Diamond Room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Although there was no TV, the strong wifi made up for it. The staff, especially Hamza and Musa, were incredibly kind and always available to help. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, providing a great start to the day. In the evenings, I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop with a glass of wine. I had a fantastic experience at Riad Pachavana and would highly recommend it.
