We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect for exploring the old town, with the hotel situated right on the walls overlooking the ocean. We loved waking up to the crashing waves and salty smells just below our windows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, arranging airport transfers and a day excursion for us with a knowledgeable private driver. The breakfasts on the terrace were delightful, and we enjoyed the cool seabreeze from being so close to the sea.

The lighting down the street leading to the hotel is quite dim, making it a bit challenging to find at night.

The breakfast was delectable and provided a good amount of variety. the location was prime, with all the touristy spots in close proximity. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, with sizable beds and windows that allowed in plenty of natural light.

The lack of proper insulation in the rooms made it quite uncomfortable in the chilly evenings. the heating system was not up to par and did not provide adequate warmth.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the Moroccan breakfasts were delicious. They even helped us book local activities like a cookery course. The riad kitten was an adorable bonus at breakfast. The clean and new facilities, comfortable rooms, and lovely roof deck with ocean views made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at a fantastic riad in Essaouira for six nights. The riad was built on the top of the fortress wall, offering incredible ocean views from the Hanadama Suite. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with a queen size bed, seating area, and a lovely en-suite bathroom. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the breakfast served on the rooftop terrace was delicious. The owner, a passionate Swiss gentleman, was very attentive and provided helpful tips for exploring the Medina. it was a truly memorable stay.
