Approachable and friendly receptionists, attentive housekeeping staff. Good AC, daily room cleaning. Elegant lobby, can accommodate small groups. Courteous staff, fully catered to requests. Will recommend and return.

The staff at Ibis Budget were extremely accommodating and friendly. The room and washroom were clean, and the location was convenient with plenty of eating places nearby. I had a pleasant and budget-friendly stay.

I had a great stay at Ibis Budget! the room was in a fantastic location, surrounded by cozy bars and restaurants. I was pleased with the size of the bed, and they even provided free water, which was a nice touch. the shower was excellent, although remember to flip the hot water switch outside the shower. the reception area was bright and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. the staff was helpful and friendly, making check-in and check-out hassle-free. the cleanliness of the room and the spa-like scent in the reception area were also notable.

The Ibis Budget Singapore Joo Chiat has a spotlessly clean and modern design, finished to a high standard. The WIFI is excellent, with a reliable connection and it's free. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, public transport, restaurants, bars, shops, and East Coast Park. The staff is also very helpful, providing great service.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with the option to choose a window for more space. Although meals weren't included, the abundance of 24-hour street food options nearby made up for it. The location was convenient for food and a leisurely stroll, but a short taxi ride was needed to reach the nearest metro station. Wifi worked great during my stay.

The hotel has recently been renovated and it exudes a fresh and modern vibe. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with nice beds and a modern bathroom. I also loved the fact that they offered complimentary coffee and water, which was a nice touch. the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One issue I had during my stay was the noise level caused by some inconsiderate guests. There were a group of noisy Chinese tourists who were yelling at each other every night and early morning, disturbing the tranquility of the hotel.

The receptionists were friendly and approachable, and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. it was a comfortable and clean hotel with excellent prices.

The distance from the MRT station, but it was easily manageable by taking a short walk to the bus station behind the hotel and catching bus number 33 to Kembangan MRT station. This process took about 20 minutes each way.
