Lovely hotel grounds and pool, comfortable room with TV and AC, delicious freshly made food, friendly and helpful staff, convenient shuttle service, peaceful location away from the city.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the luxurious and comfortable experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, nestled on the outskirts of the city, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The tiled entrance with fountains added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. Furthermore, the hotel's proximity to a supermarket en route was extremely convenient for any necessities we needed. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They were knowledgeable about local tours and were always ready to assist with transportation. We especially enjoyed the delicious and freshly made breakfast served in the garden each morning. It was a delightful start to our day.

Enjoyed the secluded location, which was a great escape from the city. Liked the pool area, which was well-maintained and provided a nice spot to relax. Also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service, which made it easy to explore the surroundings.

The timetable for the shuttle service was only available on the morning of travel, which was inconvenient. the food service was a bit slow, and there was little variety in the breakfast options.

When we arrived, Khalid warmly greeted us with mint tea and gave us a tour of the city. The villa side of the Riad was lovely, but as a parent traveling alone with my kids, I needed a more convenient setup. The staff quickly accommodated my request to move to the main building, which was perfect for us. The room may have been small, but it was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a nice touch. The pool was huge and warmed up as the sun hit it throughout the day. Although the food service was a bit slow, the delicious, fresh meals made up for it. The shuttle trips provided were timed perfectly, allowing us to explore without feeling rushed. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like part of the family. The Wi-Fi was a bit of an issue, but I found that it worked well in the foyer. And the rooftop view during sunset was simply breathtaking. I had an amazing time at Riad Qodwa and would definitely consider returning.
