I had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay at Riad Rafaele & Spa. the staff, especially Marwan, were exceptionally helpful and made me feel right at home. the patio with the pool was a hidden oasis in the middle of the medina, surrounded by orange trees and the soothing sound of birds singing. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the luxurious linen added a touch of indulgence. the room itself was quiet and dark, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also enjoyed having breakfast on the rooftop terrace, with its stunning views.

We stayed at Riad Rafaele for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff, especially Marwan, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The riad itself is beautifully decorated with a lovely rooftop terrace for relaxing. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Medina with easy access to restaurants and the souks. We also had the opportunity to go on an incredible 11-hour car ride to the Merzouga dunes, organized by Marwan. we couldn't have asked for a better stay thanks to the advice and assistance of the staff at Riad Rafaele.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful during our weekend stay. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the location was convenient for exploring the city center. We also enjoyed the traditional decor and unique features in the room.

The noise from the courtyard could be heard in our room at night, making it a bit difficult to sleep. We also found that some items and services were not included in the initial price, which caused some unexpected fees at check-out.
