We had a fantastic experience staying at this riad. the character and facilities were exceptional, with a restaurant and spa that provided a luxurious touch to our stay. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. the owner's commitment to preserving traditional culture and craftsmanship was evident, and we appreciated the introduction to the riad's history. the riad's location in the Medina added to the authenticity of our stay, and we felt safe exploring the area with the assistance of Hosin, who showed us around. the breakfast was delicious and the staff's attentiveness was commendable.

This stunning sultan palace is a true work of art, with beautiful carpentry, colorful furniture, and breathtaking paintings throughout. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any needs. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious options. The rooftop terrace provides a stunning view of the Fes medina skyline. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to other dining options, allowing for easy exploration of local cuisine.

The hotel had a great rooftop terrace that offered amazing views of the city. the staff was super friendly and helpful, always willing to provide great recommendations on places to visit and dine. the room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location couldn't be any better, just a short walk away from all the main attractions.

The shower could be improved, as the water pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated too much. I had a great city break experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

We had a truly exceptional experience at this riad. The Riad itself is like a museum, with amazing traditional craftsmanship throughout. The staff was kind and welcoming, and the dinner, especially the Marocain salad, was excellent. The location was convenient and the signage made it easy to find. The royal suites were the nicest we stayed in during our trip. Fresh towels every day were a nice touch, and Ayman took care of all our needs. We also booked a tour of the Fes Medina with the Riad, which was the highlight of our trip.

Our stay at Riad Rcif Alif Suite & Spa was absolutely amazing. The newly refurbished Riad within the medina was a true work of art. The interior was stunning, showcasing beautiful rooms that were clean and comfortable. The spacious duplex room with a bathroom on the upper level was perfect for our needs.

Despite being located in the medina, the hotel went out of their way to ensure our convenience. Although the Riad was not accessible by car, the Riad porter transported our luggage, making our arrival hassle-free.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis of calm in the middle of the medina. the interior is stunning, with many beautiful traditional details that create an unforgettable atmosphere. the exclusive amenities in the room, such as a large and clean bathroom and comfortable bed, exceeded my expectations. the staff went above and beyond to make my stay perfect, providing exceptional service and making me feel very welcome. the indoor swimming pool is a peaceful place to unwind and relax alone or with friends.

The only minor issue I had was finding the hotel initially. the location is not easy to find, and Google Maps will not help as it is in the medina.

The hotel was beautifully designed with intricate traditional Moroccan details that added to the romantic atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us delicious Moroccan tea upon our arrival and providing excellent service throughout our stay. the food at the hotel was exceptional, especially the chicken dish we had for dinner.

Finding the hotel was quite challenging, as it was located in a maze-like medina and Google maps didn't help at all. We had to call the hotel for assistance, and although they sent someone to guide us to the hotel, it was a bit frustrating.
