Spacious and clean suite with a quiet atmosphere, despite being near the train station. the proximity to the train station is extremely convenient, just a one-minute walk away.

The lack of a phone in the room was very inconvenient. It meant I had to go all the way down to reception to get extra duvet and we couldn't order room service.

The hotel was clean and modern, with a lovely decor. My room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge, iron, and plenty of charging outlets. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The reception area had a spacious layout and the breakfast choices were good. I had a helpful staff member named Reynould at breakfast who quickly cleared my table of crumbs when I asked. The hotel also offered a WhatsApp option to contact staff, which I found efficient for resolving any issues.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Cambridge for a weekend getaway. The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The downstairs bar and restaurant were a great addition, offering delicious food and drinks. The hotel's wellness center sounded amazing, although I didn't have a chance to use it. Additionally, the swimming pool provided self-service towels, and the kids' buffet was fantastic. The breakfast was fantastic, and despite being close to a railway line, it was surprisingly quiet.

The pillows were extremely soft and lacked support. the design of the bathroom mirror door didn't offer full privacy, which made some family members uncomfortable.

We spent our Christmas break at this modern hotel and loved it! the nicely designed rooms were well isolated and very relaxing. Despite its location right by the train station, we didn't hear any noise. the hotel's entrance was very spacious, colorful, warm, and cozy, giving family vibes. We loved that the hotel was located close to a huge train station parking that cost £4 a day. the fact that the hotel was brand new made everything look fresh and modern. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a bonus, and the fact that check-out was at 12 pm instead of the usual 10 am in most hotels gave us plenty of time to enjoy breakfast and use the pool and sauna before we left.

Although there was nothing major, we had a problem with the sofabed being uncomfortable, but since we only stayed one night, it wasn't that big of a deal. we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back for another holiday!

Stayed here for an anniversary trip, 2 nights. Brilliant location next to the station, no train noise. Clean room, comfy beds, inviting bathroom. Good breakfast with lots of variety. Close to the river for walks and sightseeing. great hotel in a great location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just about 10 minutes from the center. Being right next to the rail station made it extremely convenient for traveling around. The staff here were very polite and attentive, always greeting me with a warm welcome each morning at breakfast. The room was a nice size and everywhere was very clean. I also loved the variety of amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The dining experience was amazing, with delicious food and a great selection.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We loved this place! The location next to the rail station was so convenient, and yet there was no noise from the trains at all. The room was spacious and well-designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had a nice big shower, and the TV was huge. The breakfast offered a great selection and everything was of high quality. We also enjoyed the decent-sized pool and the well-equipped gym. the hotel had a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly kind.

Spent xmas at this hotel and had a great time! Loved the comfy beds and spacious rooms. the location was perfect, right next to the train station but no noise disturbance. the shower was amazing with its double shower heads and the LED lights on the mirrors were a nice touch.

There were a couple of downsides. the pool and sauna were often crowded with unsupervised children, making it hard to enjoy.
