I recently stayed at Riad Safran Et Cannelle & Spa for a week-long vacation. The staff provided exceptional service, offering helpful recommendations and assisting with reservations. Our room was comfortable and conveniently located near the courtyard and pool. The rooftop terrace offered a stunning view and the perfect spot to relax. The food, prepared by the talented chefs, was delicious, and the breakfast spread was a great way to start each day. The cleanliness and beauty of the hotel added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this Riad!

The staff at Riad Safran Et Cannelle & Spa were amazing, always available and willing to help with any needs we had. They even booked a prepaid taxi and arranged for an external tour guide for us. The location of the riad couldn't be better, situated on a quiet street with a fantastic Lebanese restaurant just a minute away. The breakfast was served at our table and was both abundant and delightful.

Located very close to the main square in Marrakech, this riad offers a convenient location for exploring the city. Guests mentioned that it is close to the Jamaa el-fna square, allowing for easy access to shopping and attractions. The rooms were described as nice and spacious, with heaters provided for comfort during colder nights in November.

Some guests noted that the thin walls and windows could lead to noise disturbances, with noises from both staff and other guests being audible in the rooms.

As women travelling alone, we felt completely safe and well taken care of by the staff. The concierges were excellent and provided helpful advice throughout our stay. The chef at the restaurant explained traditional Moroccan dishes in detail and the food was delicious. The riad's central location in Medina made it convenient to explore the city.

Felt like VIPs, no reason to complain.

We had an incredible experience at this riad. the team, led by Mohammad, made us feel like part of a welcoming family. They went above and beyond with their personal touches, such as organizing bus tickets and educating us about Moroccan culture. the riad had a wonderful community feel, making it easy to connect with fellow travelers. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the rooftop terrace was breathtaking. We already miss the cozy and heavenly atmosphere of this riad. We can't wait to return!

The rooms were decorated in a style that reflected the local culture, giving me an authentic experience. the breakfast provided was quite tasty, giving me the opportunity to sample some of the local cuisine. the terrace was a great spot to unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

Getting to the hotel was extremely difficult due to poorly marked streets and lack of helpful signage. I found myself lost and confused for hours before finally arriving, which put a damper on the rest of my weekend.

Friendly staff, central location, good facilities. Good design, amazing breakfast with fresh cake every day. Great dinner at sunset. Lovely Moroccan feel, authentic experience. Excellent concierge and chef, helpful advice and delicious traditional dishes. Beautiful Riad with pleasant scent, sold us lovely orange blossom soap. Simple but authentic food. Gracious host, smooth visit.

The first-floor location of our room was perfect, offering a view of the bustling streets below. We were able to easily access the nearby restaurants and explore the main square of the city. The room itself was spacious and tastefully decorated in Moroccan style, creating a romantic atmosphere. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, providing all the necessary amenities. The service from the staff was exceptional, with their kind and helpful attitude leaving a positive impression. The breakfast served on the terrace was delicious, offering a variety of options to start the day.

We had an excellent stay at Riad Safran! the staff was always striving for perfection and were exceptionally kind and helpful to us throughout our stay. the Riad's location was ideal, just a short walk away from the famous Corne de Gazelle pâtisserie and within walking distance of popular tourist sites such as Jemaa el-Fnaa square. the Riad had a cozy and well-maintained atmosphere, with comfortable areas to relax. We particularly enjoyed the delicious and fresh breakfast served each morning. our experience at Riad Safran Et Cannelle & Spa was lovely and we highly recommend it for an authentic Moroccan riad experience.

Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive. Lastly, the location is unbeatable. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a festive atmosphere. The hallways were quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff, particularly Tia, William, Marissa, Michael, Declan. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the king bed was of superior quality. The hotel amenities, such as towels and toiletries, were first-rate. The location of the hotel, right across from Rittenhouse Park, was perfect. We enjoyed strolling through the park and exploring the nearby restaurants and stores.
