As youngsters, we loved the ideal location just a two-minute walk from the P&J where we saw Elton John. The room was fantastic, one of the best we've ever stayed in, and the staff were very helpful. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impressive, and the rooms were exceptional. The bedding was soft and inviting, and the decor was modern and tasteful. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options. we highly recommend this hotel as a perfect home away from home.

This hotel is great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in its services. The location, although not in the centre of the city, is easily accessible with a good bus route. The staff are excellent, efficient, friendly, and always helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and come with all the facilities needed, including a fridge and safe. Additionally, the breakfast, although continental only, is included and offers good options for vegetarians.

Everything was satisfactory, no improvement needed.

The car park at the hotel is a bit small and can fill up quickly, especially during events at the P&J Live area.
