the double deluxe room at Anaruz was beautifully decorated and the hotel manager, Yassim, was extremely friendly and helpful. the whole riad had a beautiful scent, and the rose-petals on the bed and towels were a lovely touch. the breakfast, with local fare like msemmen and pancakes, was fresh and tasty. the staff, including Yassim, Said, and Abdul, made our stay truly magical. the private rooftop terrace had stunning views of the Atlas mountains. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Djemaa el Fna and the souks. a hidden gem in the medina.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just off the main square and close to everything. It's a quick walk to all the important sights and the bustling souks. The rooms are beautiful and authentic, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, with a great variety of options. The private rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the Atlas Mountains and a peaceful retreat from the city.

Some guests had issues with the payment process, which caused some disappointment and inconvenience.

I recently stayed at a charming riad in Marrakesh and had a fantastic experience. the hotel's location was absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw away from the main square and all the excitement of the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and made sure that every need was met, whether it was an extra pot of tea or coffee after a long day of exploring or providing helpful suggestions for local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a lovely patio area to relax in. And lastly, the breakfast each morning was a real treat, with a delicious selection of food to start the day off right.

No major issues - all was well during my stay.

We had a wonderful romantic escape! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. We were greeted with warm Moroccan tea and the hospitality continued throughout our stay. The room was beautifully decorated and cleaned daily, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the bustling city center. We also loved the delicious breakfast served every morning, with a variety of local dishes to choose from.

The tranquility of the hotel was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of the city. the interior of the hotel was beautifully designed, with attention to details that made it feel very romantic. the breakfast was great and got us ready for the long days ahead.

The wifi in the room was not very strong and we struggled with it a bit. the transport offered by the hotel was overpriced, so we looked elsewhere.
