We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location inside the old Marrakech was perfect for exploring the city and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was special, providing excellent service and assistance with airport transfers that saved us a lot of stress. The room, including the bathroom, was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace where we could relax and have cocktails before heading out to explore. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel was extremely convenient as it was located close to the main attractions and restaurants. The hotel staff provided complimentary pickup service from the airport, which was incredibly useful. Additionally, the hotel offered free breakfast which was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The hotel lacked adequate lighting in some areas, making me feel unsafe when walking around alone at night. Also, the WiFi was weak and often dropped out. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to communicate with work during my business trip.
