We recently stayed at a hotel in Morocco during Christmas and there were a couple of things that we really enjoyed about our experience. the location was perfect. It was situated in a quiet area, but still only a few minutes away from the main square. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. the staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful. They were always available to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Their professionalism and friendliness really made our stay more enjoyable. Lastly, we loved the fact that the hotel offered organized trips. This made it very convenient for us to explore the surrounding areas without having to worry about renting a car or planning everything on our own.

Although we had a pleasant stay overall, there were a couple of aspects that we didn't particularly like. we found the rooms to be quite basic.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and well-equipped facilities at this hotel. the wifi worked perfectly, which was a huge plus. Additionally, the hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. the friendly and helpful staff also made my stay enjoyable, as they went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience.

One aspect that disappointed me was the condition of the bathroom. It was quite simple and could use some refreshing.

The staff, especially Adil, was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great advice about the city. The hotel is conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the main square, yet it is very quiet at night. The hotel also helped us book a one-day trip and a camel ride at the best prices we've seen. We were impressed by the whole style of the building and the beautiful tiled hall.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location right next to the square in the Medina was perfect. We loved being so close to the main square and all the action of the old town. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace where we had a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff, particularly Badr and Adil, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.

Their extensive knowledge of the area and their genuine kindness made a huge difference. The location of the riad was perfect, close to the main square and easy to find. Stayed at a riad near Jemaa el-Fna and souks, close to the action but peaceful at night. No car access. Small room but comfy 4-poster bed, hot water, provided essentials. Electric radiator and extra blankets kept the room cozy. Beautiful decor throughout. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice breakfast on the rooftop terrace.
