The staff were amazing - friendly and hospitable. Perfect location with easy access to tourist activities, restaurants, and a shopping mall. The breakfast was gorgeous with a wide variety of options. The pool area was beautiful with lush greenery.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Marrakech and I must say, it was worth every penny. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect with plenty of things to do nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing I would suggest to improve the breakfast choices would be to offer a wider variety of vegetarian options.

The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the airport and city center within a short walk. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The facilities were excellent, and the lobby had a delightful fragrance that created a pleasant ambiance. The swimming pool area was lovely and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Moreover, the spa offered an amazing experience with a traditional Hammam and full-body massage.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with the Menara mall right next door and within walking distance of the Medina. The staff at the hotel are incredibly attentive and friendly, especially Alae, Imad, Hassan, and Mustapha who made breakfast a truly special experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean towels provided throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel offers a beautiful pool and spa facilities.

The check-in process at the hotel can be quite lengthy.

Recently stayed at the Grand Savoy, fantastic experience! On arrival, Madiha was accommodating and helpful, she sorted out the four rooms I booked to be on the same floor and with early check-in. The concierge Aissam was very helpful and very knowledgeable! We had an experience booked to the Atlas Mountain which was perfect for all of our needs! The customer service was exceptional! The assistant manager Muadh was also very helpful! Breakfast was also a brilliant intercontinental breakfast! There are 2 pools, including a heated indoor one which was nice in the evening.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Plenty of options for breakfast with constant replenishment. Luxurious facilities with a great gym, pool, and fitness trainer. Convenient access to a nearby mall and a variety of dining options. Friendly and patient staff who provide helpful explanations of the menu. Very accommodating for guests with complicated orders.

The location of the hotel is great with plenty of dining options nearby including nice restaurants close to the city center. Additionally, the mall next door offers good food, and there is a supermarket inside. The rooms are clean and tidy with amenities such as ironing board, safe, tea/coffee, minibar, and fridge. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the staff is friendly. There is a huge pool with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, beds, and sofas, and a poolside DJ.

The checking in/out process can take a long time due to insufficient staff at the desk.

This venue offered us an exceptional, luxurious experience, fulfilling all our exclusive amenities needs. From the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, Swimming pool, Jacuzzi to the Body scrub, Massage and Turkish bath.

There was only one minor issue - the entertainment fell short of our expectations.

During my business trip, I appreciated the two complementary facts offered by the hotel. the location was perfect for me, being near to the mall. having the pool outside was a great way to relax from a long day of work.

there was a language barrier when trying to communicate with staff, which made it difficult to order or ask for assistance.
