Convenience: the location of the hotel was very convenient for our city trip. There were many shopping options, a movie theater, and restaurants, making it easy for us to find things to do and places to eat.

Noisy environment: the hotel was quite noisy during our stay, making it difficult to rest and relax. We could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallways, which was disruptive and affected the quality of our sleep.

Absolutely loved the complementary breakfast and the selection of food on offer. the location was perfect as it was close to all the shops and restaurants we wanted to visit. the hotel offered a free shuttle service which was extremely convenient for getting around. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom and comfortable beds.

There wasn't enough coffee provided in the room for two people and we had to ask for more supplies. the walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms which was a bit of a disturbance.
