As backpackers, we loved the spacious and clean room with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The hotel surroundings were well-kept, with beautiful gardens and two pools. The breakfast was incredible, with a wide selection of delicious food and fresh fruit. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel like royalty, especially Hasnae who welcomed us at reception. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the main attractions. The interior garden was a great place to relax and meet friends.

We felt really good during our stay, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Adil, the concierge, was especially exceptional in helping us set up tours and drivers, even calling my driver on his day off to ensure a smooth trip. Sarah and Fatima Zohar made our check-in quick and painless, showing kindness and patience. the hotel's beautiful property, secure entry, and great views added to our enjoyment. the pools and the cleanliness of the hotel were also impressive. It is definitely a family-friendly hotel that we would recommend to anyone.

We've stayed at Sofitel multiple times and opted for a junior suite this time. the space was well-designed with nice amenities. the staff, including Hasnaa and Rabia at Reception, provided superb service. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the service remained outstanding. the food was consistently good, with the Harira soup being one of the best we've had. the location is convenient and the live music in the bar downstairs was enjoyable. the bonus of convenient free parking on site added to the positive experience.

Felt relaxed, nothing too much trouble.

I recently stayed at the Sofitel in Rabat for a leisure trip, and I was impressed with the family-friendly atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff, especially Hasnaa, Nizar, and Hasnaa Yassine. The room had a beautiful view and a comfortable bed, and any service requests I made were promptly taken care of. The Harira soup from room service was consistently delicious, thanks to the talented chef. Additionally, the free parking and empty executive lounge were great perks.

Despite the positives, I can recommend this hotel. The breakfast was okay, but not worth the cost considering the quality of the food.

The hotel had a great Spa center included in the room rate, which was a nice bonus. the breakfast offered a wide range of products and was very good. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was located in a peaceful area away from the city center.

The service at breakfast could have been improved. Some of the waiters were slow and had difficulty understanding French or English.
