The hotel is located near the mountains, providing a stunning view and a sense of tranquility. The staff is attentive and accommodating, addressing all our requests. The room and bathroom are well-maintained and comfortable. The breakfast menu offers a generous and fresh selection of food, which can be enjoyed by the poolside. Furthermore, the restaurant serves authentic Moroccan cuisine, including delicious tajines and couscous.

We did experience some issues with the heating system, which seemed to be ineffective during our stay.

The staff was very accommodating in meeting our needs, and the view from the hotel overlooking the mountains was amazing. One of the best aspects was the homemade food served on the rooftop with fair prices. the location was a perfect fit for us as we were able to experience something different from Marrakech.

The facilities could benefit from a facelift, as they seemed a bit outdated and the pool was very cold-making it not ideal to take a dip in.

The hotel also offered a range of services like airport shuttle, tours assistance, and even a welcome drink upon arrival. The pool area was a great place to relax, and we also indulged in a massage at the spa which was absolutely incredible. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
