I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location near Ortahisar castle was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding volcanoes. The room I stayed in was a beautifully built Cappadocian cave, providing a unique and cozy experience. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The in-house restaurant served delicious meals, including a fantastic breakfast with a variety of cheeses, olives, homemade jams, and fresh fruits. The staff were incredibly helpful and treated me like family, making sure all my needs were met. I especially want to mention Mr. Muzo, the manager, and Mr. Mehmut, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. The level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive.
