The building beautifully refurbished, luxury and Renaissance mix, helpful and friendly staff, great location in a calm neighborhood, easy access to transportation.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the apartment was super spacious. The location on a smaller island was perfect, close to great restaurants. After a pipe broke, they gave us an upgraded location on the main island, refunded part of our bill, and provided free breakfast and laundry service. The rooms were mind-blowing, with high-quality furniture, two bathrooms , and amazing views. The area was quiet and peaceful, but easily accessible to central Venice by the frequent Vaporetti. The nearby food shops and restaurants were fantastic, with a cozy local vibe. The hotel's location was convenient, with regular public transportation, and only a few minutes away from Piazza San Marco. The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had all the essentials for breakfast. The hotel even brought us coffee, tea, toast, jam, and a bottle of champagne. a truly fantastic experience worth every penny.

I must say, Al Redentore Di Venezia exceeded our expectations! The room looked exactly like the photos, if not even better. The location was perfect, away from the crowds but just a short ride on the water bus to Piazza San Marco. There were also some amazing local restaurants nearby with better prices than the more touristy spots. The hotel staff, especially Jessica at reception, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better were a wider variety of options.

The location of this accommodation was perfect - on the waterfront near Palanca stop, offering stunning views of the main island. The room was clean and comfortable, with modern decor and fittings. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The nearby bakery and grocery store made it easy to prepare meals in the apartment. It was nice to stay in the quieter part of Venice but still have easy access to all the tourist attractions.

The WIFI connection was unreliable, which was frustrating at times.

We had a fantastic Easter getaway at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, away from the crowds but still easily accessible to all the main attractions. Plus, there were two small supermarkets nearby which was very convenient.

The check-in process which was a bit complicated. the wifi connection was not the best and kept dropping.
