The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, away from the main street but still near to restaurants and other amenities. There are several good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find meals. The rooms are spacious with nice floor space, allowing guests to walk around comfortably. The bathrooms are also big with a shower area covered completely by a shower curtain, ensuring a clean and dry toilet area. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including Nutella on some mornings.

The Wi-Fi can be spotty once you're out of the lobby area.

Rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of sunrise and balloons. Spacious, well-appointed room with large bathroom and hot water. Helpful staff with good English. Free bicycles available for exploring. Great breakfast with a mix of Western and local dishes.

the location was perfect, as it was near the Bagan sites and also close to good restaurants in the area. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms, including a desk to work on, were just what I needed. Finally, the breakfast was delightful and the view from the breakfast area, especially with the hot air balloons in the distance, made it even more enjoyable.

All was well during my stay at this hotel.
