The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, away from the main street but still near to restaurants and other amenities. There are several good restaurants nearby, making it easy to find meals. The rooms are spacious with nice floor space, allowing guests to walk around comfortably. The bathrooms are also big with a shower area covered completely by a shower curtain, ensuring a clean and dry toilet area. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options, including Nutella on some mornings.

The Wi-Fi can be spotty once you're out of the lobby area.

Rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views of sunrise and balloons. Spacious, well-appointed room with large bathroom and hot water. Helpful staff with good English. Free bicycles available for exploring. Great breakfast with a mix of Western and local dishes.

the location was perfect, as it was near the Bagan sites and also close to good restaurants in the area. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to my needs. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms, including a desk to work on, were just what I needed. Finally, the breakfast was delightful and the view from the breakfast area, especially with the hot air balloons in the distance, made it even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in New Bagan with a great rooftop terrace. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a nice variety of options, including vegan choices. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to use another room for a hot shower while they fixed the water issue. The location was perfect for exploring the ancient Bagan, and I even rented an ebike right in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Loved the beautiful rooftop terrace and friendly staff who went out of their way to help us find activities and transportation. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The sunset views from the terrace were stunning. the location was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions.

The noise from nearby street vendors selling snacks and drinks early in the morning was a bit disruptive. , the water pressure in the shower could have been stronger.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and had a desk which was perfect for me to work. The breakfast area in the central courtyard was a lovely way to start the day. The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. They arranged taxis and excursions for me and even allowed me to deposit my luggage. The hotel also had an ATM right outside and a money exchange office across the road. I loved that there were nice restaurants within walking distance and the WiFi access was very good and unlimited. Additionally, I appreciated the 24/7 availability of fresh free coffee and tea in front of the reception.
