Casa Simeon in Bacacay is an accessible and well-maintained location. The inside is clean and beautifully maintained with modern amenities and updated bathroom utilities. The absence of houseflies and mosquitoes indicates a well-sanitized environment. The staff is courteous, professional, and accommodating, providing excellent service.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Lovely old house converted into a hotel. the rooms were very clean and fresh, and the atmosphere of an ancestral home added to the charm of the place. the view from the balcony was amazing, and we could enjoy the busy yet relaxing sounds of the area. the restaurant was excellent and staff was very helpful and pleasant.

There were not many dining options around the hotel and you would need to drive to Legazpi or Tabaco for more options. We also found that the WiFi was not very strong on the second floor.

The hotel is conveniently located near 24-hour bakery, convenience stores, and other shops. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean, with hardwood floors and a verandah or garden. The staff is friendly and professional, providing helpful assistance with tours and recommendations. The hotel also has good working hot water and air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Some of the restaurant staff had difficulty communicating in English, causing some inconvenience during dining.

Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious rooms. Great library with games. View of Mount Mayon. Enjoyed our stay and helpful staff made it worthwhile.
