Great location near street food and restaurants, convenience stores nearby, walking distance to Bohtahtaung Pagoda, spacious deluxe suite, basic amenities provided, helpful and polite staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenient location near attractions and amenities. Spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping. Attentive and professional staff. No issues with power outages.

This hotel is conveniently located near a bus station, making it easy to access public transportation. It is also in the center of town, close to the Botahtaung Pagoda. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is incredibly helpful and polite.

There were some issues with soundproofing, as traffic noise from outside could be heard even on the higher floors.

During my New Year stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's friendly staff and spacious deluxe suite. the breakfast had a good variety of basic options and the location had plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. the convenience stores nearby were also handy for snacks and drinks. the hotel's location was peaceful and away from the busy downtown area, perfect for relaxation.

While the hotel had many positive aspects, the bathroom had no partition between the shower and toilet, which made it wet and slippery. on the fifth floor, the room had constant smoke smell due to a smoking area close by.

The staff were incredibly service-oriented, like those from 5-star hotels. Huge and clean rooms. No blackouts. Near Botahtaung Pagoda.

Could not be improved in any way.

I was impressed with the spacious rooms at Botahtaung Hotel. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job of keeping the room clean throughout my stay. Despite the noisy surroundings, I appreciated the effort made to provide earplugs for a more comfortable sleep. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.
