The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the city. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a Smart TV for entertainment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast and dinner options were delicious, offering a wide range of choices. We were impressed with the amenities provided in the room, which added to our comfort and convenience.

Some minor noise issues due to the lack of insulation , but overall not a major concern.

Spent New Year at a great hotel! Loved the spacious and comfortable room – two pillows per person and soft bedsheets made for a great night’s sleep. The central location was perfect, walking distance to all the main attractions. Plus, the breakfast buffet had a large variety of delicious options to start the day off right.

The walls were quite thin, meaning noises from nearby rooms could be heard. , the air conditioning unit faced directly towards the bed which was a bit uncomfortable.

My recent stay at Dragon Phoenix Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, providing ample space for my family. The location was also great, allowing us to easily explore the city. However, I did experience a minor inconvenience during check-out when I had to pay for a stained towel. Nonetheless, the overall experience was enjoyable and I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was exceptional. The prices for both the room and the motorbike rental were very reasonable. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The attention to detail can be seen throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the basic amenities provided. And oh, the views! Whether it was from my room on the 11th floor or during breakfast, the views over the neighborhood were absolutely stunning.

No major issues to report, everything was fine.
