The hotel is conveniently located between two major train stations, making it easy to explore the local attractions. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with thoughtful use of space. The bathroom is spacious and the tub is perfect for a relaxing bath. The massage chair in the room is a nice touch, offering a bit of relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. Tea/coffee and a choice of rice or pasta are provided.

The walls between the rooms are not well insulated, and noise from neighboring rooms can be quite disruptive, especially at night.

I loved staying at R9 The Yard Ashikagaekinishi in Ashikaga. The hotel's location right in the heart of the city was so convenient for exploring all the local attractions. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. One thing that stood out to me was the massage chair in my room - it was such a nice touch and provided a bit of relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The provided tea/coffee and the option of rice or pasta for breakfast was a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities.

Spent my Christmas weekend cocooned in a beautiful, clean, and unique hotel. Loved the smart use of space with great inclusions such as outlets on the headboard and a spacious bathroom. the location was perfect, just a short walk from two train stations. My favourite feature was the deep bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Sadly, some minor inconveniences marred the experience. Noise from other guests walking by the door was noticeable.
