We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and parking, which was convenient for us as we had a lot of devices and a rental car. the hotel was located near the main attractions of the city, making it easy for us to explore and visit all the key sights. One advantage that we enjoyed was the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist us with any queries or requests we had.

The rooms were small and cramped, especially for the price we paid. We expected more spacious and comfortable accommodation.

Friendly Service and Beautiful Surroundings

Visiting this peaceful location was a great relief from our hectic city life. We received excellent customer service from the staff who were always smiling and helpful. the hotel's garden area was well-maintained and the views of the nearby mountains were stunning. the rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities. the hotel's location near to local attractions was perfect for exploring the beautiful nature trails. the local traditional cuisine offered at the hotel restaurant was also delicious.

We experienced some difficulty when it came to entertainment options within the hotel. There was no cinema or games room, and due to its location, it took a while to get anywhere beyond the hotel-adjacent hiking trails.

the room was spacious and elegantly furnished with exclusive features such as a private balcony overlooking the cityscape. the restaurant served delectable international cuisine with Halal options and the bar/lounge area offered a wide selection of drinks. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with professional therapists providing exceptional service.

the coffee/tea in the lobby was limited, and we had to request refills several times.
