Modern hotel with excellent rooftop restaurant and buffet on the 5th level. Fitness facilities and outdoor pool are great. Helpful and kind staff. Good service, nice rooms with views. Wifi works well. Breakfast offers a variety of cuisines. Planning to stay again.

My stay at the Novotel was absolutely fantastic! The Deluxe Suite was worth every penny, with its spaciousness and two bathrooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel's location next to a big shopping center was very convenient. I highly recommend the Suite if you're looking for a luxurious experience.

When it came to breakfast choices, I felt there could have been a bit more variety. Nonetheless, the overall experience at the hotel was still amazing.

Novotel in Yangon provided a great experience during my recent stay. The facilities were top-notch, including the amazing gym and pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff at the Gourmet Bar, including Theingi, Phyo Khant, Kaung Myat, and Naung Naung, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The service overall was excellent, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I will definitely consider coming back in the future. I highly recommend Novotel for a wonderful hotel experience in Yangon.

Communication can be a bit of a problem at times.

The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. the room was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. the pool and gym facilities were impressive, and the rooftop pool offered beautiful views. the location of the hotel was convenient, not too far from the airport and within a short taxi ride to popular attractions like Shwedagon and the old town.

One downside was the high prices for the spa massage services offered in the hotel. It would have been more convenient to have the massages on-site, but the pricing was significantly higher compared to other options in town.

As a tourist, I loved the comfortable beds, excellent laundry services, and elegant rooftop bar. The staff's professionalism and personalized service made me feel valued. It was convenient to safely store my extra luggage while traveling. The well-equipped facilities and friendly atmosphere made it a perfect choice for business travelers.

They were friendly and provided a personal touch, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the buffet breakfast offered at the hotel was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

One downside of my stay was the behavior of some guests at the pool. There were a few expatriates who were behaving disruptively, which affected the experience for other guests.

I stayed at Novotel for all my business trips and always feel secure and safe. The staff is well-trained and has good English. There are many restaurants onsite, offering Chinese, Japanese, cafe, pasta. The bed was luxurious with a pillow top, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic selection. The attentive staff provided quick service. a wonderful experience.

I had an amazing time at Novotel. The pool was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. The staff, like Ko Nyi Nyi, were so attentive and provided excellent service. The food and drinks were delicious, especially the yummy and flavorful fish soup. The location was convenient, with a mall nearby and easy access to Botahtaung Pagoda. I highly recommend this hotel for its nice pool, excellent service, and great location.

Loved the comfortable bed and cozy atmosphere of the room. the room was nicely decorated and had a romantic ambiance, perfect for a romantic escape. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist us with any requests or inquiries.

We were disappointed with the limited dining options available at the hotel. the restaurant lacked variety in its menu and the food quality was average at best.

Check, in was quick and hassle, free. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view. Enjoyed the in, room coffee machine. the sports bar was a nice place to watch EPL matches and the drinks were good. the gym was well, equipped and enjoyable to use.

Experienced a couple of blackouts during the stay.
