My recent stay at this hotel in the posh area of GK was an overall pleasant experience. the staff, particularly the front desk agent and restaurant manager, were polite, professional, and efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. the room was compact yet well-designed, with all the necessary amenities. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the size of the room. the breakfast provided was satisfactory and met our expectations.

One aspect that could be improved is the limited space available for waiting during the check-in process, which was a bit inconvenient. the internet connection was a bit unreliable, causing some frustration at times.

Had a fab time at this gem! Room was surprisingly spacious and clean with killer AC and blackout curtains for a solid rest. the location is golden with shops and restaurants just steps away, making it convenient and safe to explore. the staff were top-notch, letting me store my luggage after check-out hassle-free. Sofa in the room showed signs of wear, but it didn't bother me much. Can't wait to rebook next year! 🌟
